The service provided was excellent. From my initial email to Charlotte asking for advice to sending my files and placing my order was seamless. Excellent communication throughout. My order was placed, late in the evening, I recieved an email early the following morning to inform me my patterns where on the way to the post office. If you want to use a company that understands not everyone is technically minded or has access to a computer and will do what they can to help, this is it. 5* all the way, customer service, price, speed, communication, quality. I will definitely be using this service again.

I wanted to see if having the instructions printed out would be better than a screen going dark and having to pinch & zoom. The booklet is fantastic and so much better than just a stack of printed sheets. Well worth the reasonable price. I will get all my more complicated pattern instructions printed here in the future.
