I had never had a pdf pattern before and found the printed pattern company. I didn't know what to do so I emailed Charlotte and she was happy for me to forward the pdf on an email and the rest was a matter of just giving her my size and address and then a link to pay. This was so easy and I would recommend using her to anyone again.
The paper pattern and instructions are on lovely thick paper too.
I certainly won't be worried about another pdf pattern as I would use this service again.

It was a first class service from the messages exchanged on WhatsApp to the day I received my lovely patterns through the post. Believe me, the quality is great! Price? Let me know if you can find any better! I’m an old lady & new to sewing. If it was not for my lack of computer skills on downloading/emailing patterns (Gosh, this is so hard!) I would have sent Charlotte lots more to print by now…
