I prefer to have written instructions rather than reading off a screen. The instruction booklets printed by The Printed Pattern are in full colour, in booklet form, and of a high standard. The response time is very quick.

Pattern instruction booklets are well printed and presented and I will use this service again for long/detailed pattern instructions. For me this was much better than attempting to print at home.
The service provided was excellent. From my initial email to Charlotte asking for advice to sending my files and placing my order was seamless. Excellent communication throughout. My order was placed, late in the evening, I recieved an email early the following morning to inform me my patterns where on the way to the post office. I wanted to see if having the instructions printed out would be better than a screen going dark and having to pinch & zoom. The booklet is fantastic and so much better than just a stack of printed sheets. Well worth the reasonable price. I will get all my more complicated pattern instructions printed here in the future.
